You will play a key role in staff management, training, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery. Skills Strong interviewing skills for selecting the right candidates for the team. Proficient in training development to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food management practices to ensure quality control. Familiarity with kitchen management processes for efficient operations. Understanding of food production techniques to maintain high standards. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
