In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. You will play a key role in staff management, training, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
