YOU ARE:

• An individualwith 2 years of leadership experience in a high volume fast pacedrestaurant or hospitality environment
• A dynamic andentrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire,and guide teams toward exceptional performance, skill development,and the achievement of financial goals
• A reliable and motivatedindividual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service,consistently committed to professionalism and delivering thehighest quality service
• Certified, or willing to obtaincertification, of a valid state Food Service and Alcohol ServiceCertification
• Able to stand for extended periods and liftmoderate weights as required by the role
