JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, administration, managing food and labor costs, overall management of all staff, scheduling, inventory, coaching, communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising as well as enforcing policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have 2 plus year of experience and a proven track record to be considered for this position Results-Oriented A “run it like you own it mentality” “Hands-On” management style Attention to detail and proactive Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated Great people skills with guests and employees Ability to coach and lead others and build employee morale Effective communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills Computer proficiency including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet English/Spanish preferred
