Senior Food and Beverage Manager (Miami) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33132 The Senior Food and Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of a hotel’s food and beverage operations including restaurant, bar, roof top, banquet and PDR, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and profitability. This includes managing staff, developing menus, controlling inventory, and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Managing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, etc.).
Staff Management:
Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising F&B staff.
Menu Development:
Work with the Executive Chef in creating and updating menus that align with current trends and guest preferences.
Inventory Management:
Overseeing ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of food and beverage supplies, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
Quality Control:
Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and analyzing financial reports.
Guest Satisfaction:
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Sales and Marketing:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Event Coordination:
Collaborating with the sales/event planning team to ensure successful execution of banquets and other special events.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
