Clubhouse Manager The Clubhouse Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for daily operations of the golf clubhouse, including the pro shop, restaurant, and bar. This role ensures exceptional guest service while managing inventory, food & beverage operations, scheduling, and budgeting. A strong hospitality and food & beverage background is essential. Starting at $45,000 annually with biannual bonus opportunities Position type: Part-Time/Full-time Hours vary, weekends, nights What we are looking for in a Clubhouse Manager 5+ years of experience in hospitality or F&B management ServSafe Manager and Alcohol Service Certifications required Experience managing food cost, labor budgets, and inventory High school diploma or GED Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Flexibility to work varied hours including holidays and weekends Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and assist with restocking, setup, and breakdown of the bar cart or mobile service stations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Follow all alcohol handling laws and company policies. Ensure safe and responsible alcohol service at all times What will you do as a Clubhouse Manager? Create and maintain the weekly team schedule with appropriate coverage for all shifts. Approve shift swaps and time-off requests. Ensure timely communication of schedule changes. Lead by example during shifts, providing direction and support. Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks. Place timely orders for retail items and other supplies. Track delivery schedules and ensure products are received and stocked. Prevent stockouts and reduce overstocking with effective ordering systems. Set the tone for friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency. Monitor FOH appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Ensure the team follows proper check-in, reservation, and retail procedures. Conduct regular uniform checks to ensure team compliance. Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, attire, and professionalism. Report or correct any inconsistencies immediately. Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training. Conduct team meetings to align goals and standards. Recognize team achievements and encourage a positive work environment.
