Food & Beverage Manager RimePro Inc Yulee, FL Position Overview:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading daily food service operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and managing team performance. This role involves overseeing staff scheduling, supply inventory, interdepartmental coordination, and maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Establish and maintain food and beverage procedures to support smooth service delivery Plan staffing needs, create schedules, and monitor timekeeping for compliance and efficiency Manage department purchasing, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance Supervise daily operations, ensuring alignment with labor policies and service standards Coach and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and development opportunities Foster a culture of recognition and team collaboration

Daily Operations:

Assign responsibilities and direct staff in daily duties Lead shift briefings and coordinate across teams to maintain consistent service levels Allocate team resources to maximize efficiency and meet operational demands Liaise with departments such as Culinary, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Events, and Maintenance Maintain inventory of supplies and guest-related stock Identify and report facility or equipment maintenance needs Support environmental and sustainability efforts within the department Complete special projects as assigned by senior leadership

Guest Service Excellence:

Handle guest concerns and respond to feedback in a timely, professional manner Contribute to strategies that improve guest satisfaction and implement corrective action plans Encourage staff to take initiative in providing outstanding service Maintain high service standards and regularly promote customer-focused culture

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years in food service, hospitality, or a related field, with experience in a supervisory role Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Understanding of food service best practices, including sanitation and safety regulations Experience in customer service, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and work under minimal supervision Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays Must possess a valid Florida or Georgia driver’s license Pre-employment drug screening required; background check may also be requested

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Occasional bending, lifting, reaching, and movement of up to 50 lbs Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to heat and changing weather conditions Ability to adapt to interruptions and shifting priorities
