Disney Self Admission Pass if hired on Disney location Disney World Park tickets (Summer & Winter) if hired on Disney location Daily meal program (Free pretzel, dip, drink) Two free meals cards bi-weekly with paystubs (for friends and family) Monthly In-store food day (food brought in for entire team) Holiday Party Responsibilities Includes same requirements as team member and a strong desire to grow personally and professionally Reports to General Manager and is responsible to assist with the overall operations and P&L performance within the store. Builds store sales performance through positive community/guest relations, effective local marketing, and execution of brand standards. Consistently reviews business practices to determine customer needs and Team Member needs and performance opportunities. Creates strategies to act on opportunities and improve overall business performance. Supervises and develops staff of 20-30 Team Members. Creates and sustains highly productive store environment through training excellence and leadership. Qualified candidates need to have 2 years management related experience, foodservice/retail background preferred. Must demonstrate proven ability to build store sales/financial performance, lead subordinate employees and application of company standards, and develop staff to build/sustain internal people pipeline. Requires strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written), planning and organizational skills. Must have or do the following well: Open Availability Work at least three closing shifts and the three key days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday Complete orders on a weekly basis Build a team of shift managers and team members Insure all operational procedures are in place Market the store Control costs and drive revenue reflected by a strong profit and loss statement Train team member on a daily basis Insure cash handling and sanitation procedures are in place Furnish regular reports to the corporate office Various other duties as assigned
