The 4Roots Cafe , located inside the Orlando Science Center , is not your average cafe. It’s a collaboration between the 4R Restaurant Group and 4Roots , offering a fresh, plant-forward dining experience that tells the story of our food system. From sustainable cutlery to locally sourced ingredients and a hybrid service model, every detail is designed to nourish both our guests and the planet. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Cafe Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire our team, and bring our mission to life. What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of cafe operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, and inventory Lead and develop a small, cross-functional team in both grab-and-go and made-to-order service lines Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and guest service Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sustainability standards Support community impact through the 4Roots mission and partnership with the Science Center Collaborate with leadership on new menu items, events, and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in food service management or supervisory roles Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and plant-forward cuisine Comfortable using POS and inventory systems Energetic, guest-focused, and highly organized Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
