Responsibilities Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective training development. Oversee food production processes to guarantee adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with catering teams to ensure successful event execution. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to implement new policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
