The opportunity
Patina Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager at Tutto Italia, located at a well known theme park in Orlando. The AGM plays a vital role in the success of Tutto Italia, a high-volume operation. The venue includes a full-service restaurant, a bar area offering the complete menu with a traditional bar, and two satellite locations separate from the main building. The AGM is responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations across all service areas, and upholding the highest standards of guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and budget
Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain positive guest relations, ensuing enjoyable and memorable experiences
Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit management and oversee supervision of team members and ensure company policy and procedures are followed
Oversee the recommendation and creation of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
More about you
Minimum of four years’ experience in a high volume reputable restaurant concept
Entrepreneurial skills and skills in financial management and budgeting
Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team
Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
