The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic leadership team at The Edison in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As the second-in-command to the General Manager, you will play a key leadership role, directly overseeing front-of-house managers and staff while driving excellence in guest experience, team development, and operational performance. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, acting as the primary leader in their absence.
Oversee and mentor managers and hourly team members with a strong emphasis on training, teaching, and mentoring to build a high-performing, service-focused team.
Champion a strong guest service culture, including conducting regular table visits, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Collaborate on PL management, budgeting, and labor controls to meet financial targets and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, and employment
More about you
2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
Proven success in team leadership, customer service excellence, and operations.
Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of PL statements and budget management.
Passion for hospitality and hands-on leadership with a guest-first mindset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with wine service or beverage program management Shift details
