Salary :

$40,000 plus $2,500 – $5,000 Bonus Responsibilities The Assistant Manager will be responsible for running the restaurant-leading top-level leaders, taking ownership over all financials, encouraging and coaching the team, and thinking for the growth of the business This leader must be able to think like an owner as he/she oversees key performance metrics, enhances the overall guest experience, creates and implements performance reviews, and develops a leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing Shift Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members Manage overall financial performance: ensure goals are met, improve margins, and analyze costs (inventory/food/labor, etc.) Mentor, coach, develop, and build relationships with diverse team of people Own the guest experience through achieving guest satisfaction goals Celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency Ensure the restaurant is meeting and exceeding all Burgerfi standards Meet regularly with leadership team to execute the overall vision Requirements Include Must have 3 Years of Experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Restaurant General Manager Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week or more if needed Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work a changing schedule A stable work history with positive references Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty) Ability to make effective decisions Excellent verbal & written communication skills
