The Embassy Suites Orlando Airport is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to join the team!
Our hotel, which features 174 guest rooms, is two miles from Orlando International Airport! Vista Fresh Food and Spirits, our restaurant, serving American fare cuisine, is open from 4pm10pm daily. This individual will oversee 1520 team members in the outlets, banquets, and culinary operations. The ideal candidate holds at least 2 years of F&B leadership experience. Previous hotel experince and culinary background highly preferred.
Shift Pattern:
Varies with AM and PM shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required. What will I be doing?
As Manager of Food & Beverage you are responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
