The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking its next Food and Beverage Manager to help lead the team at Zeta Asia and the lobby bar, Myth!
In this role, you will oversee a Food and Beverage Supervisor and a team of 20 hourly team members, reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
The ideal candidate is a humble, servicedriven leader with 5+ years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in highvolume, upscale restaurant or hotel settings. They bring strong skills in scheduling, inventory, ordering, training, and beverage management, along with a genuine passion for guest service and team development. Experience with Asian fusion cuisine, fine dining, private events, and convention business is a plus. A collaborative mindset and an interest in crossdepartmental partnerships are also highly valued.

Shift Pattern:

Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant and bar operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage Restaurant and Bar operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant and Bar team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and postmeeting minutes generated
Be environmentally aware
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
