We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Multi-Outlet Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of three key outlets located within a large convention hotel: Descend 21, Coconuts Pool Bar & Restaurant, and Rocks Lobby Bar. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that caters to business travelers, leisure guests, and conference attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the outlets within a large-scale convention hotel setting. Ensure each outlet consistently meets brand standards for quality, service, and presentation. Monitor and adjust workflows to accommodate fluctuating business volumes, including large group and convention traffic. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff across all three outlets. Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, engaged, and service-driven team. Promote a professional and team-oriented environment that supports staff retention and performance. Create and manage staffing schedules to align with business demands and labor budgets. Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management processes. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, brand SOPs, and internal operational procedures. Maintain strong visibility in outlets to engage with guests, address feedback, and drive satisfaction. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and creative menu execution. Qualifications Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, upscale or convention hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Solid understanding of POS systems, inventory controls, and food & beverage operations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a multi-outlet or large hotel environment. Experience supporting high guest volumes, large-scale operations, or convention business.
