Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Develop and implement menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
