This position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure exceptional customer service while managing staff, inventory, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in restaurant management and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Develop and implement menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste and control costs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
