General Manager Pembroke & Company, Inc. Orlando, FL 32853 We’re seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join the team at one of the largest and most recognizable quick-service restaurant brands in the world. This opportunity, based in Orlando, FL, is ideal for someone ready to take their management career to the next level. About the Role General Managers set the tone for operational excellence and team success. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience (preferably in quick-service), strong communication skills, and a hands-on, people-first leadership style. A positive attitude and dedication to developing others are essential. General Managers typically work five 10-hour shifts or six 8-hour shifts per week (48-50 hours), depending on operational needs. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and reliable transportation are required.
