3-5 years in management positions (preferably restaurant experience, including full service or fast food) Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude Effectively able to train and lead all team members Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Cost Controller:
Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste/pilferage This is a full-time position and requires 50 hours worked per week and may require more hours during peak seasons
