General Summary:

JobRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Services, orequivalent (work experience considered in lieu of degree) 8+ years of retail, hospitality, and management experience withoperating, capital, and cash budgeting Previous retail experience in a specialized boutique or nicheis preferred but not required Leadership experience managing managers and staff, includinghiring, training, evaluating, and corrective actions Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and computerliteracy Ability to handle multiple demands and make toughdecisions Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Establish organizational goals, performance objectives,guidelines, and best practices Oversee all store operations aligned with organizational goalsand standards Supervise department managers and staff in planning andperformance Promote supportive leadership, team building, andempowerment Maintain and improve customer experience standards
FinancialAccountability:
Participate in and oversee the preparation of annualbudgets Manage labor and controllable expenditures within budget Utilize financial reports and tools to support operations Maintain inventory, product mix, and merchandisingstandards Review alcohol and food ordering and pricing to maximizesales Adjust marketing strategies based on financial and salesdata Ensure cashier accountability, key control, and cash handlingsecurity Collaborate with accounting on payroll trends, inventoryvariances, and store objectives
Operations Responsibilities:
Monitor store conditions to meet customer service and budgetgoals Manage bar operations, service levels, and trends Coordinate with merchandising on store design and displays Market merchandise through advertising, promotions, and displayplans Oversee contracts and relationships for mechanical, cleaning,supplies, and food & beverage Maintain inventory, product mix, and merchandisingstandards Assist in planning and executing retail and bar events
CustomerService Responsibilities:
Design and maintain a customer-friendly, well merchandisedstore Assess customer service needs and develop training for staff toensure excellent service
Safety Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor compliance with health and safetylaws Ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
StorePromotion Responsibilities:
Coordinate store information with website design Plan and manage store promotions Develop marketing campaigns within budget to increase localengagement and sales
