Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train staff members, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Utilize POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and restaurant operations
• Proven experience in food production and inventory control
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software
