Restaurant Manager Mosonori – Sand Lake 7541 West Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our new restaurant concept. It is a unique concept that will take a creative mind to help develop and maintain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills, a keen understanding of inventory control, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring high standards of food production and service. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels efficiently. Ensure high-quality food production and presentation, adhering to restaurant standards. Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and reporting. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management is essential. Strong knowledge of the food industry, including catering services and food production techniques. Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices in the restaurant setting. Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. Experience in hotel or hospitality management is an advantage.
