BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE

: As our Assistant Manager role you will:

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to uphold company standards and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in scheduling staff, help to manage payroll and labor costs, and optimize productivity and profitability.
