Job Overview We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Fatburger restaurant in Celebration, Florida. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the success of the restaurant through strong leadership and operational excellence. Corporate training will be provided at our Celebration and Riverview, Florida facilities, with a comprehensive 6+ week store leadership and management program to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and sales growth. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve company goals. Ensure the preparation of safe, delicious food and maintain a clean, organized restaurant. Oversee hiring, training, and staff management to build a cohesive team. Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, sales forecasting, and cost control. Maintain compliance with food safety procedures, health regulations, and OSHA standards. Ensure all restaurant equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns effectively. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume fast-casual or drive-thru restaurant, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Proven expertise in restaurant operations, including P&L management, food safety, staffing, and sales forecasting. Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location. Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with the ability to jump in where needed.
