Job Description
Manager Formosa Winery 3011 Formosa Gardens Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34747 Must be able to work Wednesday – Sunday.
Winery Hours:
Wednesday-Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm Lead the restaurant team and ensure smooth operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Implement effective systems and processes to optimize efficiency and service quality. Keep track of all restaurant licensing Coordinate with media and marketing manager for planning and execution of winery events Maximize Restaurant business efficiently (Opentable) Program all new items in POS system (Aloha) Work with Kitchen Team to ensure profitability of menu items, creating new menus and cross- selling products Recruit, interview and train new team members Ensure compliance with health, safety,sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Ensure maintenance is being done on the building Manage all cash handling activities Update and Review all SOPs for all departments Oversee all staff Schedules Manages all wine and beer inventory Handles all customer complaints, resolving issues and making decisions on what is best for the business and the guest Handles all discipline and termination of employees Willingness to learn all areas of the restaurant operations & work in all departments Performs any other tasks as requested by Management. Adheres to the Company philosophy of cross training and will be required to work in other departments when needed. Maintains a working relationship and communicates with all departments. Adhering to the Company policy in addition to my regular duties it is my duty to be aware while on the property of anything that looks suspicious and reporting it, remaining security conscious at all times, and protecting hotel guests and fellow employees’ property. It is my responsibility to always report any unsafe conditions, accidents, or suspicious persons immediately to Winery management. Upholds the Company commitment to hospitality.
