Impact:
Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage all aspects of food service, including meal planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for residents. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise food service staff, create schedules, and foster a positive and efficient work environment. Resident Satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere. Health & Safety Compliance
- Maintain food safety standards, adhere to all health and sanitation regulations, and conduct regular inspections. Inventory & Budget Management
- Track food and supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and work within budget constraints to optimize cost efficiency. Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing special dining events, holiday meals, and themed nights to enhance community engagement. Collaboration with Property Management
- Work closely with the property management team to align food service operations with overall community goals and resident needs.

Position Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in food service management, hospitality, or a related field (residential, senior living, or hospitality industry experience preferred).
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Food Safety Knowledge:
Strong understanding of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification preferred).
Customer Service-Oriented:
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and resolving resident concerns with professionalism.
Organizational & Budgeting Skills:
Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and work within budget constraints.
