In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and the food industry, with a passion for training and developing staff. Duties Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized. Train, develop, and mentor staff in areas such as food handling, safety protocols, and customer service. Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality meets company standards. Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Requirements Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or food industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations. Experience in training development and staff management. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Stamina to work long shifts on your feet and the ability to tolerate moving heavy objects in excess of 40 lbs.
