• Key Responsibilities :

• Support the General Manager in leading and supervising Shift Leaders and Crew Members to ensure smooth café operations.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” by exceeding customer expectations and creating a fun atmosphere through “Tropitude.”
• Train and coach crew members on café procedures, ensuring adherence to brand standards and high-quality product delivery.
• Manage labor and control food inventory using established tools and strategies.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to effectively run the café and maintain a positive work culture.

• Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with open availability.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
