Assistant Manager Fun Depot 2003 10th Avenue North, Lake Worth, FL 33461 Fun Depot’s newest addition Cordial is a full-service restaurant with chef-inspired cuisine, a bar featuring craft beers and handcrafted cocktails and 20 state-of-the-art bowling lanes. You must be able and willing to learn, follow direction and work as a team. We have expanded our iconic location by adding a new dining experience, so we are looking for a full time shift manager. If you are a responsible leader with excellent communication skills, organized, capable of multitasking and enjoy a fun environment, this is the job for you! This manager will support the food service manager and help supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room. You will need to have the ability to manage solo shifts– leading staff and helping to ensure guests are being seated and served by the company standards. Knowledge of liquor is a plus along with inventory and ordering. This hands-on position will require you to learn all menu items, recipes and POS knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred POS Knowledge Serv-safe knowledge Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high volume environment Ability to adjust scheduling according to business needs Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs Excellent customer service skills Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach to coworkers and customers Flexible availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities include but not limited to: Run successful shifts — ensuring low wait times, great hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste, and constantly improving and ensuring quality standards are met Develop and train current and new employees Demonstrate exceptional leadership with staff Provide effective coaching and counseling Monitor job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, and sales Implement a dynamic operation + work procedures to provide exceptional service Ability to receive and check in orders
