Preferred:
Home Service Industry experience Must have reliable transportation as this is a traveling position. Knowledge of Service Titan a plus. Managing basic office administrative tasks Proficiency in and have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Handle accounting functions, including payroll for employees Experience using QuickBooks or ADP a plus. Manage an extremely complex and ever-changing schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events with precision. Oversee the daily activities of technicians Act as a central point of contact and effectively manage communication between team and management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. Organize and maintain tracking across multiple platforms to ensure the team is up-to-date and organized efficiently. Act as personal concierge within a high-net-worth executive environment. Proven ability to manage multiple LOCATIONS, tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and accept responsibility. Other task as needed
Pay Rate:
$55,000-$70,000 annual salary based on experience What we are looking for: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in an office setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer Service Experience in a Trade business environment such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Generators a plus. A background in Scheduling or/and Dispatching a plus The ability to travel to multiple locations performing the same job duties; as the manager, you assist oversee multiple locations. Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills Strong problem-solving skills Attention to Detail The ability to travel to multiple locations performing the same job duties; as the manager, you assist oversee multiple locations.
Job Type:
Full-time The ability to work a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm shift The ability to travel on Sunday to arrive onsite Monday morning. This is an amazing opportunity!
