• Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, liquor ordering, scheduling, hiring and customer service.
• Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new bar staff
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems, preferably Toast POS
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Bar Manager within the hospitality industry
• Strong background in staff training and development
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverage cost, beverage ordering, scheduling.
• Manager Food Certification certified.
