OVERVIEW

The Clubhouse Manager ensures a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality Member experience across all clubhouse departments, with direct oversight of Food & Beverage, Culinary, Events, and Kids Club operations. This role emphasizes consistent execution, active Member engagement, effective team leadership, and smooth communication between departments. The Clubhouse Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager and department heads to enhance day-to-day service, inspire the culinary team, and ensure events and programs are well-coordinated and successfully delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a visible daily presence throughout the Clubhouse, engaging with Members and supporting service teams. Oversee the Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Events, and Kids Club departments, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams. Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, organization, team culture, and inspiration. Facilitate open and effective communication between the events department, kitchen, service teams, and Members or clients. Lead and mentor department managers and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Coordinate training programs to support service excellence and improve labor efficiency. Monitor operations to ensure all areas meet service standards, health and safety guidelines, and budgetary expectations. Partner with the General Manager and Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for the clubhouse. Take a hands-on approach to all aspects of food and beverage and club operations, including managing multiple restaurants, private events, and Member events.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or club management, preferably in a private club or high-end resort. Strong background in food and beverage service, event coordination, and team management. Hands-on, service-oriented leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple departments. Financial acumen in labor management, budgeting, and cost control. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
