The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the fast food establishment, ensuring efficient service delivery. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and food service. Oversee kitchen management, including inventory control, food preparation, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage team dynamics to foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
