The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various aspects of food service and guest relations. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while overseeing the front-of-house operations. Responsibilities Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for front-of-house staff. Develop and implement training programs for new employees, focusing on service excellence and operational procedures. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate banquet services and catering events, working closely with kitchen staff to meet guest expectations. Provide hands-on support during peak service times to help staff maintain efficiency and quality of service. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff. Skills Proven experience in managing front-of-house operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify talent that aligns with our service standards. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food production processes. Experience in training development, with a focus on enhancing staff performance and guest experiences. Familiarity with banquet services and catering operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
