– Boca Raton 1179 South Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, fun, and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of Cluck Face, located in beautiful Boca Raton! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, particularly within the QSR World. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards. Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and generating reports. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Requirements Proven experience in food management or hospitality management, preferably in a fast casual, quick service setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food handling regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Proficiency in using POS systems for operational management. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
