We are a small and strong kitchen and hope to find someone excited to be with us for a long time. Our ideal candidate is available for full-time employment and has the experience and skill to ensure the BOH and bar teams are set up for a successful service each night. Responsibilities:

• BOH and limited bar prep
• Ensuring that kitchen is ready for service daily
• Ordering
• Ensuring facilities are DOH compliance
• BOH facilities oversight/maintenance

Requirements:

• 2-3 years minimum BOH experience with seafood + oyster shucking experience
• Professional
• Self-driven and curious. Being proactive is a must, as is the ability to maturely receive feedback and directions
• Ambitious, long-term goals in the industry
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and responsibility; ability to maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
