A great restaurant manager ensures that customers are satisfied while managing back-of-house priorities.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Hire and train staff. Work hand in hand with the General Manager. Working with guest for special events. Keep a record of income, comps and reasons why. Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service. Open and close the restaurant daily. Motivate staff during busy shifts. Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

2 years prior management experience in the restaurant industry. Excellent communication skills. • Willingness and Ability to work long hours. Excellent customer service skills.

$45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
