Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing FOH and BOH staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Weekly meeting to go over sales and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage aspects of club operations, including staff scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Handle cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and deposits
• Utilize POS system to process member transactions accurately
• Provide leadership and guidance to club staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing
• Market knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies
• Multilingual skills (Bilingual) are a plus for effective communication with diverse members
• Cash handling experience with attention to detail
• Phone etiquette skills for professional member interactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
