As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service. Duties Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. Implement effective hospitality management practices to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
