Restaurant Manager/ Shift Leader Cody’s Original Roadhouse New Port Richey, FL Cody’s Original Roadhouse We are looking for shift leaders and managers to join our restaurant team at Cody’s Original Roadhouse in Tarpon Springs. At Cody’s we pride ourselves on serving “Just Plain Good Food” in a fun, casual, family friendly roadhouse environment. We are open for dinner Monday thru Friday as well as for lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays!

Leadership and Growth Opportunities General Requirements:

Ability to participate operationally in day to day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant. Must be able to follow appearance and uniform requirements. Must be able and willing to stand, walk, and work on their feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50 pounds. Also, must be able to bend down to grasp objects, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders, and squat. Must be able to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders and use box cutters. Must be able to manage environmental exposure to varying temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.). Must have a proper use of knowledge of the following equipment items (may include but not limited to): knives, personal protective equipment, hand trucks, carts, food cutter and fryers (must be 18 years of age or older), power equipment, vehicles, and all other equipment used within or for the restaurant. Shift Leaders and Managers:

We are looking for individuals who are: Experienced, professional, and dedicated to a team of excellence Great communicators both in handling difficult situations and a diverse team Very detail-oriented and have a high situational awareness Applicants must be able to: Jump in and work-hands on in multiple positions of the restaurant at any given time during the day to help our team give excellent service to our guests Follow all Cody’s standards and procedures. Ensure and coach employees to consistently follow all Cody’s processes and procedures Perform discipline actions that do not meet Cody’s standards and execute documentation for all employees who fail to meet expectations Be honest, trustworthy, and accountable for food cost, labor cost, repairs and maintenance, and cash management Troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis based on the operation need at any given moment Work in a fast-pace, high volume environment leading our team to deliver “Just Plain Good Food” Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and POS systems.
