Managers must have open availability and be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Shifts will vary between early morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Basic responsibilities will

• Staff management: Interviewing, hiring, and properly training employees on company policies and procedures

• Customer Service:

  Must be able to provide excellent customer service and be able to handle complaints and customer requests effectively.

• Health and Food Safety Compliance:

  Must be able to ensure that cafe is clean and following all health and food safety guidelines.

• Vendor transactions and ordering
• Task delegation and supervision
• Inventory and supply management
• Cash handling and bank transactions
• Reliable transportation is required
