The incumbent will take ownership ensuring the patient obtains coordinated medical services effectively solving any issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction and medical necessity at the core of every decision and behavior in recommendation of the Registered Nurse, Case Manager.

What will you come with:

2+ years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services highly preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Bilingual Spanish a plus Medical Assistant highly preferred High School Diploma or GED Join our team as we strive for excellence through teamwork, where our patients are #1!
