This position is responsible for managing all aspects of food production, service, and staff training, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service excellence. Duties Manage all operations related to food and beverage services, including kitchen management and dining room supervision. Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu offerings. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in food service and customer interaction. Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient use of resources. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a similar role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or higher. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production techniques, and menu development. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Demonstrated ability in training development and team management, fostering a collaborative work environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
