• Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff, including assistant managers and bartenders/servers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Writing of schedules
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the Restaurant industry is required.
