Bavaro’s St Pete has recently celebrated its seventh year in business. Home to Central Ave, the bustling neighborhood offers future growth and opportunity for those working with our company. We are seeking a motivated, culinary driven General Manager to operate our successful restaurant. We have a bright, dedicated team seeking a leader with a culinary background and appreciation for hospitality that can further continue the restaurant’s positive reputation.

Duties may include:

• Mastering the craft of Neapolitan pizza
• Preparing from scratch pasta and sauces
• Maintaining a creative and energetic work environment
• Building relationships with local businesses
• Interacting with customers
• Maintaining a safe and secure restaurant
• Openly communicating with management across all levels and locations

Experience:

2 or more years in a leadership or management role in a restaurant P&L knowledge, inventory, food and labor cost management Knowledge of Toast, 7-Shifts, Restaurant 365 is a plus ServSafe Manager Certified or able to pass qualification test Wood oven pizza knowledge a plus
