We are a fast growing Starbucks® licensed store (like a franchise) looking for an experienced leader for our coffee house at the Countryside Mall. Must have a positive attitude. Responsibilities Responsible for hiring, training and development of new employees; train and coach staff on Starbucks best practices for guest services principles and practices Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service; ensure all team members engage guests to understand the guest’s needs and exceed the guest’s expectations Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests Full labor responsibility, including scheduling, and deployment of team for and during shifts Maintain and process food and paper orders of all products and supplies Maintain proper health and safety regulations Perform all Barista responsibilities as necessary: Lead each shift by delegating duties and assigning tasks to team members. Full profit and loss responsibility, just like you are the owner. Function on a team of other talented Starbucks GM’s in your area. Bring out the highest and best of people on both sides of the counter Operate your store at an elite level

• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Perform end of day cash register reconciliation according to policy
• Perform all barista job responsibilities as necessary: Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Fulfill customer orders for purchases. Process customer transactions on the cash register, including refunds, and discounts. Maintain a balanced cash drawer. Maintain clean work areas and have supplies stocked at all time

Schedule:

We are looking for great candidates with open availability. Our Starbucks franchise store will be open daily with shifts between the hours of ___________________. Shifts will start at least an hour prior to opening and last at least an hour past close to perform opening and closing duties.

Compensation/Benefits:

We will offer $25/hr plus bonuses for hitting sales goals. The general manager will be awarded 15 days of PTO available after 6 months of employment. Your PTO time will grow by one day each year to a max of 20 days.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, pass a criminal background check and at least two year of store management experience (food service management preferred.) Bilingual English & Spanish is preferred

Job Type:

Full-time. 45 hours per week is normal.
