The Assistant Manager works closely with the Manager/Director to develop clinic workflow, maintain operational standards for Concierge Medicine, and ensure that business goals are met. Additionally, this position requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to help manage both the team and concierge business practice effectively. Standard Work:
Assistant Manager
- Concierge Medicine Assists Concierge Medicine Department Leadership Team (Manger and Director), in developing and implementing policies and procedures for Concierge Medicine daily operations.
Assists the Leadership Team in Supervising Concierge Medicine Support Staff; monitors weekly employee schedules to provide the best customer service experience and support for the physicians. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery and for collaborating with all members of the ambulatory health care team to optimize patient care and identify areas for opportunities to improve care for Concierge Medicine patients. Participates in monthly Leadership Team meetings to discuss clinic flow and optimization of patient care. Performs QA on the department’s operations, including conducting weekly and monthly audits; reviewing operational reports; and executing corrective actions, as needed with oversight by the Manager/Director. Supports orientation and training of newly hired personnel, ensuring adherence to established SOPs, clinic/hospital policies and procedures. Ensures that the department’s environment is clean and safe, patient ready, and concierge service aligned. Other related duties as assigned by the Concierge Medicine Manager/Director.
