It requires an individual to be organized, the ability to multi-task, understanding the rules and regulations of the kitchen through AHCA and the Food Service Manager certification course.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of food production and service in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage and train a team of food service staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, kitchen management, and shift management
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the dietary department, to meet the nutritional needs of customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food service management principles
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
