What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead daily operations with strong focus on food quality, speed, and accuracy ✅ Coach and develop team members, ensuring they meet company standards and policies ✅ Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash with precision and accountability ✅ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations ✅ Maintain a fun, high-energy work environment where team members and customers feel valued ✅ Deliver on customer expectations, handle complaints appropriately, and champion customer satisfaction ✅ Prepare for multi-unit leadership by learning how to oversee multiple stores and teams
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment (experience managing teams and running shifts) Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Solid understanding of food safety, labor management, and inventory controls Desire and ability to grow into a multi-unit management role Positive attitude, adaptable, and open to coaching and feedback Commitment to upholding company values, operational standards, and customer-first mindset
