FOH Manager 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Sarasota, FL 34240 Local Neighborhood Brasserie looking for a high energy, high volume service manager to really drive a World Class experience for our guests. The person must be able to fit the following criteria; Ability to drive profitability and overall operational compliance Drives Sales by consistent, high-quality food and service standards, executing with great ticket times
Builds Team Talent:
Ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds themself and the team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills. Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors Creates a fun environment for all employees to be the premier restaurant to work at At least two years high volume management experience
