⚐ ⚑ ⚑ McCurdys Comedy- Kitchen Manager (McCurdys Comedy Theatre) McCurdys Comedy Theatre compensation: Negotiable employment type: job title: Kitchen Manager Must be experienced in kitchen management. Evenings only. Must be experienced with Grill Top and Fry line and be able to handle fast pace. Wednesday-Sunday evenings weekly. (occasional Monday/Tuesday evenings dependent on the Comedy show schedules. Plenty of notice is given if a Monday/Tuesday show would be added in on a particular week) The hours and pay are negotiable, depending on your experience. Responsible for running our small kitchen on show nights. Inventory control and ordering. Keeping the kitchen very clean.
